The market is moving quickly in York Region, for houses priced properly. Listings are low, so why wait until nicer weather to put your house on the market. We have Buyer's waiting for your home. Interest rates are low. Prices are steady. Great time to buy a home, move up in size or downsize. My Dad used to say "Don't put off until tomorrow what can be done today" Good information
